Reduce the heat and fry onion in the same frying pan diced onions and peppers. After 5 minutes, sprinkle with spices, return the chicken and pour in the broth. Add sugar, bring to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer on a small fire for 15 minutes.

We pour coconut milk, it softens the spice. We give a boil, and we languish under the lid for another 10 minutes, until ready. 5 minutes before the end we add nuts.

Cook the curry chicken with lime juice, sprinkle with cilantro and serve with rice.

Chicken wings of curry with vegetables in a multivark

Wings cut into parts, copiously sprinkle curry and mix. We fry in the multivark at the "Bake" mode for 10 minutes with a little oil. Add beans (do not defrost!). After it is thawed and browned, we lay the circles of carrots and diced potatoes. Stir and close the lid. After 10 minutes, add half-rings of onions, cover again. 5 minutes before the end of the program "Baking" we put in the multivark tomato paste, finely chopped garlic and greens. Stirring. If necessary, salt and pepper.

Chicken curry with pineapple in creamy sauce

Fillet cut into cubes, salt, pepper, season with soy sauce and leave for half an hour in the fridge. Finely chopped onion fry until golden, add meat, increase the fire and quickly brown the chicken from all sides. Sprinkle with seasonings, pour in cream and half of pineapple syrup from the jar. Cover and stew for about 5 minutes. After the lid is removed and let the liquid evaporate. Add the cubes of pineapple, fry. Pour the remainder of the syrup and simmer on low heat for a few more minutes.

We serve chicken curry in a creamy sauce with spaghetti and grated cheese.

Mix the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt, curry and pepper. Carefully smear this sauce breasts, wrap them in a food film and pickle at least 4 hours (you can leave it all night in the fridge).

After laying the chicken in the baking dish, we close it with foil and send it to the oven for 20 minutes, heated to 190 degrees. Then we remove the foil and let the breasts be browned.
