How do I get to the Nungvi beach in Zanzibar?
First of all, you need to fly by plane to Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ). An alternative option is to fly to Dar es Salaam , and from there by ferry or domestic airlines to get to Zanzibar .
To get to Nungvi beach, you need to take a bus, minibus or car. The main road goes from Stone Town via Mtoni, Mahonda, Kinyasini and Kivunge. If you are traveling on an off-road vehicle, then for you there is another way, much more picturesque, which stretches north from Mahonda to Mkokotoni.
