The finished partition of the GKL has an even surface, so it can be covered immediately after installation with any finish trim, whether it's wallpaper , painting, etc. Interior partitions from GKL have excellent vapor permeability, fire safety and good soundproofing qualities. With the help of gipsokartonnyh sheets you can create partitions of different configurations. Such partitions from GKL can be with a door or have an arch.

Construction of partitions from GKL

The plasterboard partition consists of a metal frame made of corner, rack and guide profiles. For profiles, galvanized steel tape is most often used. The guide profile has the form of a channel and is fixed to the floor, ceiling and walls. The rails are fixed vertically into the guide profiles, and the corner profiles protect the corners of the partition from the GCR.

To the frame are attached from both sides sheets of gypsum board, and between them is laid heat and soundproof material in the form of mineral wool or polystyrene foam.

Decoration of partitions from GKL

After the partition from the GCR is mounted, its surface must be puttied, paying special attention to the seams between the sheets. For this purpose, dry universal filler can be used.

If wallpaper is to be glued to the partition, the next step should be the priming of the partition from the GCR with a water-soluble mixture that forms a moisture-resistant film on the surface of the gypsum board. The final stage of the finishing of the partition is the finish puttying of the surface.
