Salting muesli with hot boiled water - let flakes lightly swell for 10-15 minutes, then add excess liquid. We will combine in a bowl the sifted wheat flour, muesli, half of the specified portion of granulated sugar and ground with the help of a grater chilled butter.

Thoroughly mix-peretrem the mass to the state of crumbs.

We cut the pears in half, remove the cores and cut them into small cubes. Put them on a dry frying pan, pour rum and lightly let it sit softly on the lowest heat, covering it with a lid. Add the remaining sugar and mix it gently.

We oil the refractory mold (silicone molds can not be lubricated) and fill it with the added pear filling. From above evenly and abundantly scatter a layer of crumbly mass.

For the filling, use pears and apples (preferably sweet or sour-sweet) and / or ripe, but not soft plums. Apples are prepared as well as pears (just need to sprinkle them with lemon juice immediately after cutting into cubes so that they do not darken).
