Recipe for chocolate biscotti with hazelnuts

Ingredients:

Preparation

We sift the flour together with cocoa , soda and powder for baking. Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients with a corolla and salt. Eggs slightly whisked separately, 2 tablespoons of egg mixture poured separately, whilst the rest is whipped with sugar until white. We pour eggs into a mixture of dry ingredients and knead a homogeneous dough. Divide the dough into 2 halves, each of which is kneaded with hazelnut and rolled into a "sausage" length of 30-35 cm.

Each of the "sausages" is laid out on a sheet of parchment and greased with the remaining egg. Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes, after which we cut and each of the individual cookies is cooked for another 20 minutes. Before serving, the biscotti should be completely cooled.

Spicy chocolate biscotti with cinnamon and nuts

Ingredients:

Preparation

The flour is sieved and mixed with cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, soda and spices. Eggs beat with crisp proteins and add to the mixture of dry ingredients. Next we add almonds and chocolate chips. Knead a steep dough and divide it into two halves.

As in the previous recipe, each of the halves is rolled out into the "sausage" and baked in the oven at first for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, and then cutting into pieces for another 15 minutes. Before serving give chocolate biscotti with ginger and cinnamon to cool.

Sweetheads can cover the cookie with another layer of chocolate. For this, a tile of milk or dark chocolate is sufficient to melt in a water bath with a tablespoon of butter. After dipping a half of the cookies into the chocolate, put it on a piece of baking paper and serve it to a table with a cup of tea or coffee.
