First we will take rice, it should be washed to clean water and leave to dry. After the grain, pour 200 ml of water with the addition of myrin. We put a saucepan of rice on the stove, bring the water to a boil and reduce the heat. Cook the grains for 20 minutes, or until the liquid is completely absorbed, and then leave to cool for another 15-20 minutes.

Sugar is dissolved with slightly warmed vinegar and fill this mixture with rice.

The nori sheet is placed on a bamboo mat and covered with a thin layer of rice, leaving a small blank area from the upper wide edge of the sheet.
