The problem, how to make a children's birthday bright and unforgettable, surely worries many parents. In fact, how to attract the children's collective, turning the energy raging in it to a peaceful channel in such a way that children of any age do not get bored? One way to do this is piñata, traditional Mexican fun. Piñata is a big hollow toy, filled with sweets and small souvenirs. To get the contents from the piñata, hang it up and break it with a special bat, tying the eyes first. Traditionally, piñata is made from a clay pot, pasting it with bright paper and shaping any animal.

How to make your own hands a piñate from paper: a master class

In order to make a birthday of the Piñata with our own hands, we will need:

• a large-sized balloon;
• newspapers;
• water and flour for making paste or PVA glue;
• corrugated paper of different colors;
• paint;
• brushes;
• scissors.

Having prepared all that is necessary, we begin to make piñata

1. Inflate the balloon. The ball should be taken in a large size, because a small piñate is much harder to hit, and there are much less candies in it.
2. We glue the balloon with strips of newspaper in several layers. Strips should be approximately 3 cm in width and 15 cm in length, and they must be glued crosswise. Before sticking each layer, be sure to allow the previous one to dry. A knot of a balloon is not to be glued. As glue it is possible to take ready glue PVA or to weld a paste (2 cups of flour pour 2 glasses of water, adding 1 tablespoon of salt).
3. Applying four or five layers of paper, put aside the piñata for drying. Usually this process takes about 12 hours.
4. When the piñata is completely dry, let's start decorating it. The round form of the base gives, in principle, a vast space for imagination. Painting the piñata with bright colors and attaching ears from paper, it can easily be turned into a funny little animal - a cat, a hare, a mouse. We will make the piñata close to the traditional one, and for this we will paint it with blue paint.
5. We paste the piñata with strips of corrugated paper.
6. Let's start filling the piñata. To do this, burst the air ball and remove it through the hole left.
7. Expand the hole with a pair of scissors (you can do this before decorating the piñata, and afterwards).
8. We make holes with the hole punch and pass through them a piece of tape, on which the piñata will be suspended.
9. Fill the piñata and mask the hole with corrugated paper.
10. Our piñata is ready, it remains only to hang it.

How to make a piñata from a cardboard: a master class

We need:

• cardboard;
• glue gun;
• colored paper for decoration.

Manufacturing

1. We cut out from the cardboard the details of the piñata: the front and back walls in the form of the heart and the rectangles for the sidewalls.
2. We will give the sidewalls a rounded shape, squeezing them on a suitable sized pot.
3. Proceed to assemble the piñata.
4. We glue the side panels to the back wall of the piñata around the perimeter.
5. In the same way, we glue the front wall, leaving a small door through which we will fill the piñata.
6. We decorate the piñata with strips of colored paper, cut their edges with fringe, and in the center we place a suitable picture.
7. Strips of paper for decoration better glued overlap, according to the principle of shingles.
8. Our piñata is ready, it remains only to fill it and hang it.
