How to sew a tack - a master class for beginners
For this we need:
- fabric of two kinds;
- sintepon;
- pattern;
- scissors;
- thread;
- chalk;
- needles for chipping;
- satin ribbon;
- sewing machine.
Progress:
- Fold the main fabric twice, attach a pattern and gently circle the chalk. Then grind the fabric with needles around the contour and sew. Do not forget to leave a space untwisted for turning. Cut off unwanted fabric with allowance.
- Now take the extra fabric, fold it twice, attach a pattern and circle. Spin a cloth between each other and sew on a typewriter. Leave room for the eversion. Then trim the excess fabric with the allowance.
- Take a pattern of the base of the pothold and attach it to the sintepon, circle it and cut it without allowances. Attach the sintepon to the base of our pocket and sew it neatly along the very edge. Do not need to sew at the place where the warp is turned.
- Now make incisions in the rounded places on the base and on the top of the potholder and unscrew. Wrap the seam with a hidden seam.
- Take the top of the tack and stitch it on the bottom edge. Then fold the pieces of pothole together and stitch over the top edge. Slightly sideways or in the middle, sew a loop of satin ribbon. Sew on the base of the stitch four lines.
- Our crochet-cake is ready.
