The concept of "lean salad" for many is synonymous with the word "tasteless", but such dishes can still be not just tasty, but still bright and festive. Such salads can be useful not only in fasting, but also at a time when you decided to stick to a diet, and just a delicious vitamin cocktail with a minimum of unpleasant ingredients.

Before you start cooking, prepare the prunes, wash it well and pour it with boiling water. Onions and carrots, as usual, wash and chop, onion cubes, and carrots grater. Mushrooms after washing, dry and cut into plates. In principle, it is better to use two pans, one to fry mushrooms and a half of the total weight of onions, and the second to fry carrots with the second half of onions. In two pans, this process is much faster. Nuts clean, put on a food film, cover them to her and chop the rolling pin, just roll it over them with a little effort. Absolutely in porridge or powder, they should not be crushed, you need to at least partially, but they remained nuts. After the carrot and onions are finished, attach the pruned and soaked prunes, as well as the nuts, leaving a little of both to decorate the salad. After the salad should be laid out in layers, the first layer of mushroom, then a little mayonnaise, then the mixture from the second pan, mayonnaise and again the mushroom layer. On top decorate the remaining prunes with nuts and chopped parsley. Be sure to let it brew in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Already chilled carcases cut crosswise, straws. After slices or squares cut the cabbage, and cheese into cubes, then combine all these already prepared ingredients, adding to them rusks. Next, you need to make a sauce that serves as a dressing for this salad, squeeze out the garlic and rub it, adding salt and pepper to it. After pour in the same juice, olive oil, add mustard and mayonnaise. Then whisk well with a blender, bringing it homogeneously and check for salt. Now fill this salad with a salad and, in principle, everything is ready.

For a salad, cook a large bowl, cut into it finely tomatoes, lettuce leaves, avocado and Bulgarian pepper. Cut the radish into thin plates, and chop the cheese, and add beans and corn to it. In a separate small dish, squeeze out the garlic and add all the remaining ingredients except the salt, mix it well and season with the resulting salad, and then salt.
