Any landlord who plans to make an arbor on his countryside should take care of the table with benches. After all, this piece of furniture is simply necessary for the reception of guests at the dacha. There are many options from which to make a table, but the most common, perhaps, is a wooden table in a gazebo, which you can do by yourself. Let's find out how it can be built.
How to make a table in the gazebo with your own hands?
- To perform this work we need such materials and tools:
- electric jigsaw;
- grinding device;
- hacksaw;
- screwdriver;
- sandpaper;
- roulette;
- square, pencil;
- bolts and galvanized screws;
- lumber in the form of a board and a beam.
- stain, lacquer.
We begin manufacturing table tops for the table. We stack four boards in a row and very tightly adjust them to each other. On the edges of the boards we draw semicircles. After this, the electric jigsaw cut the boards along the planned lines. Similarly, we cut out from the boards a shield shaped like a circle. From the remaining boards we make a rectangular frame, to the upper part of which the shield will be fastened, and at the corners - table legs made of a bar. After our product is assembled, you should check it for strength, and then carefully disassemble. We sand the details with a grinder. And then we cover them with stain, leading a brush with paint strictly in the direction of the fibers of the wood. We allow the stove to dry well and cover the details with a layer of varnish. After the coating is completely dry, it is possible to collect all the parts in a common construction. In order for the table to serve us for a long time with faith and truth, all joints must be covered with a layer of PVA glue before assembly. This is how our table will look in the arbor.
