The first actions for colds

Inhalation is effective. They help to remove inflammation from the respiratory tract as soon as possible, to remove pain in the throat and nasal congestion. Inhalations can be based on essential oils (needles), boiled potatoes or herbal dues (calendula, eucalyptus, oak bark, chamomile). It is best to spend them before bedtime.
