While the dough is suitable for the last time, fry sliced ​​onions, carrots and celery in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil. Once the vegetables have reached half cooked, add the minced meat to them and fry it until golden.

We divide the dough into portions, roll it out, put the stuffing inside and protect the edges. Spread the patties on a baking tray, grease with beaten egg and leave to stand for about 20 minutes, after which we bake 20 minutes at 180 ° C.

Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough. Separately beat eggs with butter and water. To dry ingredients, pour in the oil-egg mixture and knead thick dough. We knead the dough for 3-4 minutes, then put it in a warm place for 1 hour.

For the filling, the potatoes are boiled in salted water until ready and mashed in puree. In a frying pan, warm the butter and fry the onion until it is transparent. Add the minced meat and all the spices to the onion. Continue cooking until the mince becomes golden, then pour it with lemon juice, add mashed potatoes and greens.
