After 30 minutes, pour salt, sugar to taste, pour a little vinegar, throw spices and squeeze several cloves of garlic through the press. All carefully mix, boil 3 minutes and shoot the cooked adzhika from the fire. Immediately lay out it on prepared jars in advance, close the lids and store the snack after cooling in the refrigerator.

First we wash and process all the vegetables: tomatoes, peppers and garlic are twisted through a meat grinder and we pour the received mass into a deep pan. We put the vegetable mass on a weak fire and boil for 35 minutes, stirring regularly. Without losing time, we prepare sugar, salt, spices and chop fresh fresh herbs. At the end of the time, we pour vegetable oil, vinegar into Adzhik, throw greens, spices, salt and Sakharim to taste. Boil the mass for another 10 minutes, and then lay out on sterile jars, roll up the lids, turn the bottom up and leave. Then we rearrange the adzhika in any cool place and store it all winter.

All vegetables, except garlic, thoroughly washed and finely chopped. Then put it into the bowl of the blender, add the crushed apples and whisk until smooth. The finished vegetable puree is poured into a saucepan and brought to a boil, stirring. After that, we reduce the fire and boil adjika for about an hour. Then we infuse table vinegar, vegetable oil, we throw sugar and salt. We mix it well and hold it for another 20 minutes, and then remove the dishes from the fire. Garlic is cleaned, crushed, added to a hot mixture, stirred and left at room temperature. In the meantime, we sterilize the jars with lids, insert the funnels and pour the ready-made adjika. We roll up the jars and put them in a cool place for storage.
