We will need:
- tulle (you can use a fabric of two colors);
- Styrofoam;
- Foam or liquid silicone;
- flower pot;
- paper;
- pins.
- Fill the flower pot to the middle with a mounting foam or liquid silicone. Insert a barrel (plastic or wooden stick) with a ball cut out of the foam on it. While the foam does not freeze, hold the trunk with your hand.
- Fatine cut into stripes measuring 10x20 centimeters. To create a "tree of happiness" from tulip it will take about 60-70 such strips. The tree can be monochrome, but if you have cuts of tulle of different colors, then as a result you will get a bright topiary, which, with its own appearance, will lift the mood.
- Take two stripes of tulle in different colors, fold them together, aligning the edges. Then several times in the center twist them, and grind with a pin, leaving its end free.
- Pin the pin to the ball of foam. It is more convenient to start with its top and move spirally downwards. In principle, this does not matter. You can start decorating the ball from any point. As it is easy to calculate, you will need to make 30-35 such "hedgehogs" of tulle, fastened with pins.
- When the whole balloon is decorated with tulle elements, it's time to start decorating the flower pot. You can use colored paper for this. Cut the sheet into small rectangles, and lay them around the trunk, covering the mounting foam or silicone. If you have colored sand, you can use it, pouring into a pot. The trunk of a tree from tulip can be decorated with a ribbon, tying a big bow from it, or dyeing it. If desired, you can also use metallized paper.
