Huge popularity today use a variety of topiary - from coffee beans, colored ribbons, artificial flowers. They, according to no one, bring happiness to their masters. No wonder they are called a tree of happiness. Topiary is supposed to have at home to everyone who aspires to happiness, and they are also a great gift, because happiness is very nice to share. Floral topiary can be bought, and you can do it yourself.
To make topiary from artificial flowers is quite simple. But it looks like such a tree of happiness is very cool. In this article, we will learn how to make several variants of flower trees.
Flower topiary - master class №1
We will need these materials:
- the base for the tree is a small pot for flowers, even a regular mug;
- trunk - twig, stick, cardboard tube of small diameter;
- a foam ball for the crown;
- artificial flowers;
- hot glue;
- gypsum (alabaster) for fixing the trunk.
We start with the fact that we plant a small amount of gypsum and fill it up to about half the pot. We place the trunk of the future tree in the pot and wait for the complete hardening.
At this time we are preparing the crown. A ball of polystyrene is pasted or painted in color. We take artificial flowers and make buds: one rose flower and several twigs with leaves are glued together, cut them at an angle of 45 degrees, leaving a stem 4-5 cm long.

We prepare a large number of such buds - at least 24 pieces. It will look good composition of flowers a little different shade. We proceed to the immediate gluing of the crown. You can even mark out the future position of the flowers and think over the picture. We start to glue.

When they finished gluing the crown, it remains to decorate the trunk. To do this, we take a light ribbon, glue one of its end at the top of the trunk and tightly wrap it around. In the end, we again glue it.

In order to make our topiary perfect, we glue several flowers and twigs at the base in a pot. After that, you can safely say that our first floral topiary is ready.
Topiary of artificial flowers - MK №2
It is not necessary for the topiary to use ready-made artificial flowers - you can try to make them yourself and only then paste on the base. Here is a wonderful example of how to make artificial flowers for the topiary and the floral topiary.
For future colors, cut stripes of cardboard. The middle of the flower will be 1 cm wide, and the stripes need a bit wider for the petals - 2-2.5 cm. We cut the fringe on wide strips and glue the thick strip to a thin strip. Using the quilling tool, gently fold both tapes together, gradually spreading them with glue. After - let the flowers dry out and open them.

The resulting flowers, using a special glue gun and hot glue, are glued to the base with a foam plastic ball.

We prepare the pot for "landing" topiary: tightly fill it with foam, fix it with hot glue. As a tree trunk in this case we use an ordinary wooden stick - we stick it into the center of the pot and fix it around the circumference with glue.

If there is a desire - you can paint the pot itself. At the same time, we select the paint in the tone of the entire composition. In our case, this is a gentle pink color.
We plant the crown on a wooden stick, we do it carefully, so that the pasted paper flowers do not suffer. We are approaching the final stage of making topiary.
It remains only to decorate the base of the tree trunk in the pot with artificial moss. Now you can donate our creation to someone, and you can put it in your most prominent place - such beauty deserves attention.
