On vacation, especially in warm places, we always try not only to buy magnets on the refrigerator. Many during walks on the shore collect whole collections of shells, and then store them for a long time in the casket, and not finding them an application. A panel of shells is one way to show imagination and decorate a room with your own hands. When there are many different pebbles or shells in the box, feel free to take care of the business, there is nothing complicated in this. If the fantasy has not prompted anything, take as a basis a ready-made step-by-step lesson, and in the process the idea will necessarily appear.
Master class: a panel of seashells
Before making a picture of the shells, we will prepare all the necessary materials:
- a frame made of wood (in this case, 17x22cm);
- net on non-woven basis (this can be purchased in the store for creativity or needlework);
- acrylic paint (white color);
- a balloon with a silver paint;
- seashells;
- skeletonized leaves (sold in the store for creativity);
- beads in the form of pearls;
- glass beads of blue color;
- sea moss;
- glue gun.
Now you can start making panels from sea shells.
- First, prepare the frame. For this we paint it with white acrylic paint. Leave it to dry completely.
- Angles of the frame are processed with a silver spray, let it dry completely.
- We measure the inner contour of the frame. Cut out a piece of mesh the right size. We fix it with an adhesive gun.
- A small piece of a grid of silver-blue color is attached to our panel of shells and stones. You can step out of the frame a little to give airiness and lightness. From below we glue a large transparent glass bead. From above we attach small blue beads.
- Next, decorate a panel of shells with a silver cord that wraps a large transparent bead.
- After the base of the shell of shells is ready, you can make a whole picture with the help of decorative elements. We use smaller shells and beads, a large central shell and a few moss.
- Decorative panels with seashells are almost ready. We cut the leaves into two parts and glue them on the frame. Of the rest, carefully twist curls and glue on the picture. You can stick a few small pearl beads right on the leaves.
- In the end, it turned out such a beautiful panel of sea shells.
