We used to see blinds in the form of thin horizontal plates, tightly connected to each other. However, not everyone knows that there are other interesting models that look elegant and original. How to install plastic blinds?
Blinds with vertical slats can be mounted on a horizontal (top of the window opening, ceiling) or vertical (wall) surface. For mounting, metal clips and brackets are used. Consider the types of attachment depending on the surface:
- Fastening of plastic shutters to the ceiling . Special clamps will be needed here. They are fastened with screws directly to the window opening / ceiling. After that, the cornice is inserted into the groove of the clamp and fixed in it by snapping.
- Mounting on the wall . Here you can use any iron brackets. They are attached to the wall with screws, and the clips are screwed to the brackets with bolts and nuts. At the end of the assembly in the cornice are inserted lamellas with pre-mounted weights.
