1 time in the first class

When a child first crosses the threshold of the school - it is always an exciting moment for the father and mother. Going 1 time to the first class, he seems still so unintelligent, and the task of the parents is to help his first class to prepare as best as possible for this significant event.

What are the lessons in the first grade?

To learn that children are taught in the first grade, it is necessary to consult the teachers in advance. After all, depending on whether the child goes to a regular school or will attend a gymnasium (lyceum), as well as from the region of residence, the number of subjects studied will depend. The first class in the timetable is as follows:

  1. Mathematics.
  2. Reading.
  3. Painting.
  4. Singing.
  5. Physical Education
  6. A letter (calligraphy).
  7. Russian language.
  8. Natural science.

If a child is enrolled in a gymnasium, and not in a regular school, then in the first grade they also learn computer science and a foreign language, or they add these subjects as an elective. The same applies to specialized classes with in-depth study of English or German. In addition, children living, for example, in Bashkortostan, learn their national language, like other nationalities.

Adaptation in the first class

Inexperienced parents sometimes do not know that they need to know how to manage to adapt to their baby in the first grade. They will hear about this from the class teacher at the first meeting. Yes, the beginning of school life is not only a joyful event and a certain milestone of growing up, but also a serious psychological and physical strain on the children's body.

Parents should listen to the advice of a psychologist about the adaptation in the first class, so that the baby as soon as possible and painlessly suffered this difficult period in his life. All of them are quite simple and do not require super-powers, but, nevertheless, are very effective, if we strictly adhere to these rules:

The physical load, which the child suddenly loses, coming to the first class is an important component of the good mood and working capacity of the first-grader. Forced sitting at the desk during the first half of the day runs counter to the need of a small schoolboy to be in constant movement. Therefore, it is necessary to write down a son or daughter in any section, be it swimming, football or dancing, so that the accumulated energy will find its way out.

On weekends, it is desirable to spend as much time as possible in the fresh air and to exclude from the life of a first-grader such concepts as computer and television, for his own good. Excessive information overload can only delay the process of school adaptation and make it very painful.

A first-year student must sleep at least 10-11 hours a day. If the child is used to staying up late, then it is necessary to arrange for him to have a day sleep, so that the body can replenish his strength.

The homework should be postponed for a time after 4 pm, giving the child time to rest after the lessons. It is then that the body's forces are mobilized again, and the first-grader will easily do homework. By the way, the lesson of the house should not last more than an hour and it should be interrupted at least three times by five minutes for outdoor activities.

The question of whether you need to visit an extended day group is decided on a family council. But all teachers recommend, if possible, to take the first class immediately after the lessons, at least the first months, since prolongation is an additional neuropsychological load.

A few months before September 1, with a future student should develop a certain mode of the day, which will competently alternate the load, active and passive rest. The early recovery is hard for an unprepared child, especially if he did not attend a kindergarten before the school.

Mums and dads need to spend as much time as possible with their little first-class. It should be actively interested in his school life, motivate for training, and then the adaptation will not last for six months, but will pass quickly and imperceptibly.
