Bread pudding

A good housewife can use even dried baking, and it's not about simple breadcrumbs , or croutons, but about a full-fledged bread dish - pudding.

Recipe for bread pudding with apples

Preparation

We peel apples from seeds and peel, and cut into thin slices. In a large bowl, we combine diced bread, fresh, or slightly stale, apples and raisins.

We put a small saucepan on a small fire and fill it with a glass of sugar, pour in milk and put margarine, or butter. Keep the mixture on fire until the margarine melts, and then pour the hot mixture ingredients in a large bowl.

Separately mix cinnamon, vanilla and eggs. We pour the lactic-bile mass into a dish for roasting and cover it with an egg mixture. We bake the apple pudding in the oven at 175 degrees 40-50 minutes.

While the pudding is being cooked, mix two kinds of sugar, milk and margarine, or butter in a saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Add vanilla extract to the sauce and pour ready pudding.

In addition to apples in the dish, you can add almost any favorite fruit, such as peaches, pears, or even figs, and instead of vanilla sauce use berry puree, or melted chocolate.
