Start with a dough for pancakes, for the preparation of which it is enough to combine all the ingredients to homogeneity. Fry the dough pieces in a dry frying pan until tender.

Now to the filling. First, save the crushed onion, add to it minced meat and allow to brown. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate completely. Mix the ricotta with the cooled meat stuffing, slices of ham and grated cheese. Put the portions of the filling in the center of each pancake and fold with an envelope.
