Before you start cooking chicken legs in foil, do marinade. For this, the garlic clove is cleaned, squeezed through a press and mixed with a spicy mustard. Then add the spices, herbs and pour some white wine. Chicken drumsticks are washed, we impregnate with a towel and we spread in a marinade. Leave meat for about 50 minutes, and then shift the legs to a sheet of foil, oiled with vegetable oil. From the top we cover the workpiece with the second sheet and tighten everything tightly. Put the dish on a baking sheet and send it to a hot oven for 40 minutes. Then carefully take out the baked chicken legs, unfold the foil and serve it to the table with your favorite sauce and vegetables.

The bulb is cleaned and crushed with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Pour it into a bowl, add spices and pour dry wine at will. Ripe tomatoes, potatoes, onions and bell peppers are processed and cut into thin slices. Then vegetables are salted to taste and set aside. We cover the vegetables with mayonnaise on top and tightly wrap everything in foil. We put the workpiece on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes in the oven. Then, the top layer of the foil is accurately unfolded and wait another 5 minutes for the chicken legs with vegetables to lighten a little. Hot dish is decorated with fresh chopped greens.
