Eggs boil hard. Grain bread is filled with water, and after that we squeeze out excess moisture. Mix the pressed bread crumbs with chopped eggs, garlic, onion, raisins, chopped peanuts, parsley and butter, also do not forget about seasonings. We put the pieces of beef on the work surface. On top of the meat put a thin slice of ham, and after lay out the layer of the filling. Sprinkle all the cheese and turn into a tight roll. We fix the roll with toothpicks, or culinary twine. We rub the roll with salt, pepper and butter.

Now let's make sauce. Onion and garlic grind and fry in olive oil. Once the onion has become transparent, pour tomato sauce in its own juice , add a good pinch of salt, black pepper to taste, thyme and bay leaf. After the sauce boils, we immerse into it our meat rolls from beef and tushim all together 1,5-2 hours on low heat.

Beef roll with bacon recipe

Ingredients:

Beef stuffing is mixed with beaten egg, salt, pepper and minced meat onions. After that we add ketchup to the stuffing. We divide the forcemeat into 2 portions and we form each in the form of a cutlet in the length of 12-15 cm. Each such cutlet is filled with grated cheese, folded and wrapped with strips of bacon. We spread the rolls on a baking sheet covered with foil and send it to the oven. Rolls of beef will be baked in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

If after cooking bacon does not look ruddy, then turn on the grill mode in the oven. Also, it should be added that anything can be stuffed for the rolls, for your taste.

Roll of beef with prunes and mushrooms

Ingredients:

Beef minced mixed with chopped tomato, chili, salt, turmeric, garlic and onions. Mushrooms are crushed and fried until complete evaporation of moisture. Prunes cut straws.

Puff dough defrost and separate 5 layers from each other. Thin pieces of dough spread on the work surface, carefully distribute over a small amount of meat filling, and on one of the edges we put a strip of fried mushrooms and prunes. Fold the dough with meat into a roll. Cut the edges of the roll with a mixture of eggs and flour to better fix them.

In a frying pan or deep-frying, warm up a large amount of vegetable oil and fry the rolls until golden brown.
