On a dry heated pan of medium or small size, pour a small amount of cooked dough, level it and fry the pancakes first with one, then on the other side. Note that we do not lubricate the frying pan with oil, so it is better to choose non-stick cookware for frying. If there is none, an alternative can serve as a cast-iron frying pan with a thick bottom, but before baking the first punkake you need to lightly oil it.

We serve chocolate pancakes with condensed milk, with a custard or with any syrup.

Beat eggs with sugar, add milk, mashed bananas, vanilla, salt and mix. Then, gradually pour the sifted flour with the baking powder and knead the homogeneous kneaded dough. At the end of the mix, add chopped chunks. We bake our chocolate banana pancakes in a pan with non-stick coating, pouring a small amount of dough on it and browning the tortillas on both sides. You can use a conventional frying pan, having smeared it with a little oil.

Serve this wonderful dessert with melted chocolate, condensed milk or any syrup.
