We take the butter, frozen and three on a grater, add the egg, cold water, mix, then add the flour, salt and knead the dough. We put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. In the meantime, we are preparing the filling: boiled chicken fillet is cut into cubes. Mushrooms cut into plates, chop the onions and fry it together with mushrooms in vegetable oil. We lubricate the multi-cup casserole with butter. We take the dough from the refrigerator, knead it in a flat flat cake and put it into the multivark. We level and form the sides. Top spread chicken fillet, then mushrooms with onions. The filling level must match the height of the sides or the filling should be slightly smaller.

We prepare the filling: three on the grater cheese, beat the eggs, chop the garlic. All this is mixed with cream and to taste we add salt. We fill the pie with the mixture obtained and decorate it with tomato slices. We close the multivark and in the "Baking" mode we prepare the Laurent pie with chicken and mushrooms 50 minutes. After that, turn on the "Heating" mode for another 20 minutes. Then open the lid of the multivark and leave the cake for another 30 minutes to cool down, and the pouring thickened. After that, it is carefully removed, cut into pieces and served to the table.

This recipe can be slightly modified and cook a Laurent pie with mushrooms , chicken and broccoli. We prepare the dough in exactly the same way. And when preparing the filling after frying, add broccoli (it can be used both fresh and frozen) and fry all together for another 10 minutes.
