For the preparation of guacamole, previously washed avocado fruits are cut along the entire perimeter around the stone and turn the halves in opposite directions. In this case, one half of the fruit should separate from the bone, and with the second it will be easy to remove by prying with a knife. Now scrape the flesh into a bowl and hastily pour lime juice to avoid its darkening. After that, we mash the contents of the bowl with a fork or if necessary we punch it with a blender, add the remaining lime juice, salt and mix it. The most classic guacamole is ready. Note that in the original recipe the avocado pulp can not be processed with a blender or other kitchen appliances, but it must be crushed with a fork and contains small pieces of fruit.

This sauce recipe includes fresh tomatoes and onions, which makes it saucier and more colorful in appearance. This kind of guacamole is perfect for meat dishes, fish or simply for chips .
