It is remarkable also that it has an incredibly gentle taste and brings joy to every home. Initially, the banofi cake, or rather its base, was made from a short-baked dough. Soon such a base was replaced by a simpler preparation with a mass consisting of biscuits and butter. It is this mass that is present in our recipe.

  1. To prepare the basis for banofey, you must first chop the cookies to the state of small crumbs. You can do this with your hands, but to save time you can use a blender.
  2. After the cookies are crushed, it must be poured with melted butter in a water bath.
  3. The resulting mixture should be thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained, which then must be put in a round or square shape. Spread the cookies so that it does not completely cover the edges of the mold on the inside.
  4. Now you need to wait until the substrate dries. To do this, remove it in a dry and cold place for 15 minutes, after which you can do the preparation of the filling.
  5. The filling of the banffi cake consists of condensed milk and bananas. You need to start with condensed milk: the jar needs to be opened and evenly distributed throughout the surface of the cake.
  6. After the condensed milk, bananas must be laid, which must be cleaned beforehand and cut into long thin slices. Layed on a layer of condensed milk, bananas should fit tightly to each other.
  7. The next and most important step is to create the top layer of the banofey cake: the cream should be beaten with a mixer for a few minutes, then add the powdered sugar and coffee to them and continue whipping until they turn into solid peaks.
  8. The resulting creamy mass should be laid out on the banana layer, level it and remove the cake for several hours in the refrigerator.

You can serve cold cabbage with ice cream or berries, but without any additives, it disappears in a matter of minutes.

  2. When the dough rests, it can be put in a baking dish, carefully ramming on its surface.
