Where do conflicts arise?

Conflicts arise all the time, but there are such "hot spots" where managers have to own the most carefully developed conflict management strategy in the organization. Stages of conflict

The methods of managing conflicts in an organization depend on the stage of the problem.

  2. "Military" - the omissions were silent for a long time and accumulated, which means, sooner or later, they will pour out. Here, everyone will fight for their rightness by any methods, but, conflict management in a modern organization at this stage is almost impossible without mediators.
  3. "Negotiations" - prudence takes precedence, or simply the strength to fight at the end. It requires a maximum of the ability to negotiate with the boss, who should behave like a chess player, or a soldier in a minefield.
  4. "Communicative" is the final of the conflict, when each side recognizes the sovereignty of the other. In the future, after the passed communicative stage, conflicts will arise only with illegal infringement of the rights.

Of course, the main thing in the actions of the leader will be the identification of the nature of the conflict, its primary source, and, of course, elimination. The authorities should behave as sensitively and friendlyly towards the rebellious collective, and the main mistake will be an attempt to oppress the conflict by making claims.
