How often should you give the child a cottage cheese?

If the baby has allergic symptoms after the introduction of cottage cheese, then this product should be excluded from the diet for 1-2 months. Allergies in the child may occur on the fruit supplements contained in the curd, or on the milk protein itself (casein).

Children under one year are best served with home-made curds or special children's curds of industrial production.

The recipe for home made baby curd is very simple. To make it, you should use homemade or specialized baby milk and a bacterial starter, which must be mixed and placed for several hours in a warm place, or even better to use a yogurt. When the milk turns sour, the topsoil is formed, and the serum separates from below. The container with them must be heated in a water bath until the curdled milk becomes thick and begins to curdle. Then you should throw the resulting curd on gauze and let it drain. The finished curd can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours. If the cottage cheese turned dry, dilute it with breast milk before feeding.
