One of the most popular recipes for children and their mothers, of course, is the recipe for children's pancakes. No special products to cook pancakes, as in kindergarten, is not required. The only thing that should be taken into account is that it takes time to raise the yeast test, so you will not be able to quickly bake pancakes for children on yeast.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk (water). The temperature of milk (water) should be at the level of 35-40 degrees, otherwise the dough will not rise. Add the flour and stir well so that there are no lumps. Cover the dishes with a cloth and set aside in a warm place (25-30 degrees) for lifting.

After the volume of the test is doubled, add the remaining ingredients - vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Carefully knead and again set aside for lifting. After re-lifting, do not mix the dough.

Collect the dough with a spoon dipped in cold water and fry in a well-heated frying pan. Serve warm with sour cream, jam, jam, powdered sugar or condensed milk. If desired, after re-lifting into the dough, you can add finely diced apples, dried apricots or raisins.
