Of course, to make cookies "Barney" at home, you will need special molds, but today silicone forms in the form of cute cubs can be found quite easily. If the shape is new, we fill it with boiling water and wipe it dry. Lubricate the molds with oil and set aside for a while.

We break the eggs neatly, the proteins are drained into one container, and the yolks are determined into the other. Proteins put in the cold (in a refrigerator or a bowl of ice), and beat the yolks with sugar so that the mass is well increased in volume and became a couple of tones lighter. Gradually add the flour, gently stirring. We set aside this mixture for a while and whisk the cooled proteins to strong peaks. Carefully put the squirrels into a bowl with dough and mix with a spoon or spatula. Next, the dough is distributed into the molds to about half, since the biscuit always rises well. Barney cookies are cooked pretty quickly - 20 minutes, and you can invite everyone to breakfast. If you add cocoa to the dough, you get a chocolate biscuit "Barney". You can also cook a mini-biscuit "Barney". Just need another form.

If you want to complement the taste of biscuit with fruit or chocolate filling, there are two ways. You can add the right ingredients to the dough before baking, or, using a pastry syringe, bring the filling into the finished cold biscuit. But this dessert is prepared a little differently.

This version of the cookie is prepared in three stages.

To begin with, dry ingredients are mixed and sieved: add cocoa, baking powder and vanillin to the flour, when the mixture is twice sifted, add sugar. In another container, whisk eggs with milk and butter (leaving a piece to lubricate the mold). If we use not cocoa, but melted chocolate, we add it not to the dry mix, but to the liquid one.

The second stage - we connect two mixtures, we get a dough.

Stage three - we pour the dough into molds, add the mashed banana in the middle of the blanks and send it to the oven for 20 minutes. It turns out banana biscuits "Barney", the recipe of which can be modified, using a different filling instead of a banana.
