How to properly use Emla cream?

- The cream is applied a thick layer, the dosage should be calculated by the doctor, depending on the state of the body and the necessary area of anesthesia.
- The place on which the product was applied is closed with the application (attached in the package with a sticker). The time that the bandage needs to be kept depends on the procedure followed, and is usually indicated in the instructions accompanying the drug. When epilating a large area of the skin, Emla can be covered with simple cellophane.
Begin a painful procedure, after removing the bandage, you can do it differently:
- on the skin - for an hour;
- on the mucous membranes - no later than 10 minutes, but better immediately.
