- flour - 20 g;
- vegetable oil - 30-50 g;
- fresh mushrooms - 100 g;
- potatoes - 350 g;
- sour cream - 250 g;
- cheese - 20 g;
- butter - 20 g;
- pepper, salt, greens - to taste.
Preparation
