To achieve the desired result, you need to train every day, spending only 15 minutes. Let's consider some simple, but effective exercises:

  1. To start, you need to tone your face. In a deep breath, swell your cheeks, and then close your lips tightly and place your hands on your cheeks so that your fingers are on your ears. Push your hands against your face, while resisting your cheeks. Hold for 6 seconds, and then relax. Repeat all 10 times.
  2. Knead your lips and pull them forward as if for a kiss. The task is to draw an imaginary circle with your lips in the air. Go first one way for half a minute, then the same time in the opposite direction.
  3. Another effective exercise is to make the cheekbones, as it pulls the lower muscles of the cheeks. The thumb should be shoved behind the cheek to the gums. They need to pull the cheek from the inside, while straining the muscles of the face and pushing the finger back. Repeat several times with each cheek.
  4. In order to give the cheekbones a clear outline, you should perform such an exercise for the cheekbones: sit on a chair and tilt your head back, clenching your teeth. Try to pull your shoulders down to "detach" the head from your shoulders. It is important to feel the tension in the muscles of the cheeks.
  5. The next exercise will make the face oval face thin, bringing it into a tonus. Open your mouth and roll your lips inside to cover your teeth. Then, as much as possible, strain the muscles of the lips and cheeks. Hands grasp the sides of your face and lead them up. Repeat the motion until burning and fatigue appear.
  6. Take a pen or pencil and pinch it between the upper lip and nose. Try to keep her there as long as possible. The number of repetitions is 5 times.
  7. The next exercise for the cheekbones on the face is: push the lower jaw forward, and then slowly tilt the head back, while feeling the tension in the cheek area. Return the head to its normal position and relax the jaw. Do 20 repetitions. Every day it is recommended to increase the number of repetitions by 3 times.
