We used to keep the desktop clean, but we often forget about the order and the cleanliness in the cabinets. It is especially difficult to maintain order in large families, where one cabinet is divided into three or four family members.
How to clean up the closet?
The simplest tips:
- the main rule of cleaning in the closet says: things "in reserve" in the closet do not belong! Revision of the contents of the cabinet and ruthless disposal of old things put off on "someday" will free up a new place for useful things;
- flies - separately, cutlets - separately. If the closet space allows, do not store summer and winter things on one shelf;
- trifles should lie separately. Socks, stockings, tights should be kept in a separate box. So they will be easy to find.
How to organize order in a small closet?
In a small closet to clean up a little more difficult, because every centimeter here is worth its weight in gold:
- Before you clean up in the closet, you can release for items that will be removed from the shelves, a separate place, for example, on the bed.
- Things on the shelves are sorted in turn. First, one shelf is freed, the things from it are laid out on the bed, the unnecessary is thrown out, the rest is sorted by winter and summer things, neatly folded and remains on the bed.
- The same thing is done with other regiments, separately postponing men's, women's and children's things.
After the shelves are cleaned, the dust and moth are wiped out of their possessions, they begin to fill the cabinet. To begin with, it is determined which things are more: women's, children's, men's. For these things the largest regiment is assigned. If space allows, under winter and summer things define two different shelves.
Some tricks will help to put things in order in the closet:
- Stockings, pantyhose and socks can be neatly rolled into "rolls". Stockings - elastic bands and lace to the outside (as it immediately becomes clear that these are stockings), tights - outward "heels."
- If the cabinet does not have a special belt hanger, you can fold the straps and store them in the corner of the drawer or on the shelf.
- For the underwear of a woman, one drawer shelf may suffice, if you fold the panties correctly: fold them with the "ears" inward, resulting in a small rectangle. Folded in this manner, linen is very convenient to store in one drawer, spread out by type (thongs, tangs, full) or material (cotton, synthetics).
