Hydrotubulation of Fallopian tubes

Hydrotension of the fallopian tubes is a procedure in which fluid is poured into the fallopian tubes for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

How is tubal hydrotuberculosis carried out?

Hydrotabulation is carried out under conditions of purity of the vagina, in the smear from the cervix there is no pathogenic microflora and abnormal changes in blood and urine tests. In the case of inflammation and tumors in the genitals, diseases of the cardiovascular system, infectious processes, hydroturbation is contraindicated.

In contrast to pertubation and metrosalpingography, hydrotubation of the fallopian tubes excludes negative consequences.

This method of treatment is performed in an outpatient or inpatient setting by a gynecologist on a gynecological chair. Hydrotherapy is performed during 7 - 24 days of menstruation, beforehand emptying the bladder, intestines and treating the external sexual organs with iodonate.

To inject the isotonic saline solution into the uterus, a syringe is used with a device that seals the uterine channel under pressure.

If the solution enters the fallopian tubes without much effort and does not flow back, then the fallopian tubes are completely passable, in the opposite case with painful sensations - impassable. If the solution is administered in an amount of no more than 2 to 3 ml, and then flows out, the fallopian tubes are not passable in the neck region. In the case of a slow infusion of fluid, the fallopian tubes are partially passable.

Chromohydrobubation of Fallopian tubes

This is a procedure in which a colored liquid is poured into the uterine cavity. Fallopian tubes are considered passable if the solution through them gets into the small pelvis, obstruction of the fallopian tubes - in the opposite case.

Echinotrophy of the fallopian tubes

This method of diagnosing patency of the fallopian tubes is an effective and safe method, in which a contrast medium is introduced into the tubes through the uterine cavity. Ultrasound can examine the condition and structure of the genital organs.
