• water - 2 cups;
• vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
• wheat flour - 2 cups;

• citric acid - 1 tablespoon;
• food colorings;

• gloves.

Preparation

1. Pour hot water into a suitable dish (pan or bowl) and add the vegetable oil. Put on the fire, as soon as the first bubbles appear - turn off the stove.
2. While the water boils, mix in a bowl of flour, salt and citric acid.
