Before we make a curd casserole with honey, we will prepare a sandcake for its base. To do this, peeled almonds are crushed into a crumb with a blender. To the crumbs obtained, add flour, salt, butter and again all the whiskers until we get the dough. Add a little water to the dough to glue it, then roll it out and put it on the bottom of the mold. Oven heat up to 180 degrees and set the baking cakes for 20 minutes.

Cottage cheese grind and beat with a mixer with eggs and sugar. Add some vanilla. We spread the curd mass over the sand cake and in addition we bake another 30 minutes. Cook the casserole with honey and lay out on it pieces of figs.

Oven warm up to 180 degrees. The baking mold is 9 by 23 cm in size and lubricated with oil. Cottage cheese, preferably greasy, grind it through a sieve, and whisk together the resulting homogeneous mass with the mixer with eggs, yogurt, lemon zest and a tablespoon of honey. We distribute the basis for our casserole for form for baking. We bake the dessert for 35-40 minutes, after which we let it stand for another 15 minutes.
