Pork with beans

Pork with beans in a multivark

Wash meat and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into half rings, pepper the straws, and grate the carrots. To set in the multivarker mode "Frying" and fry the onions, carrots and meat for 15 minutes, stirring.

Pork with green beans

Beat the pork chops on both sides, salt, pepper. Place in a deep dish, add a little water and put the stew until the water evaporates, and the meat does not soften.

Beans wash, cut into slices and boil in salted water. When the beans are ready, flip it over the colander and leave to drain. Now lubricate the shape with butter, put half the beans into it, then the meat (you can cut it first into pieces), and on top the second part of the bean.

Stir sour cream with squeezed garlic and chopped greens, and pour this bean mixture with meat. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes. When the dish is ready, sprinkle it with grated cheese.
