In a frying pan, warm up a little oil and fry on it chopped green onions for 4-5 minutes. Mix the fried onions with all kinds of cheese, add sour cream, and also salt and pepper to taste.

At the center of the test we spread the resulting filling, leaving a free edge 5 cm wide, with which we cover the filling from above, forming the sides of the biscuit. We bake bread with cheese at 190 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
