In the Inčukalns volost of Latvia, in the territory of the Gauja National Park, the Ramkalni Park entertainment complex is located. It is located on the bank of the river Gauja , on a huge glade, among the deciduous forest. The natural beauty of Ramkalni is fascinating. The combination of a water ripple of the river, green foliage, trimmed lawns and bizarre hills pacifies and adjusts to a positive mood.
Entertainment Park
The entertainment complex "Park Ramkalni" is focused on active recreation. Here are laid bicycle routes, rafting along the river, boat trips, a descent track on the rosters and an extreme attraction "Mad Hills".
In winter, two tracks are laid in the park for snowboards and skiing. Each track is two hundred meters long and equipped with a lift. On the territory of the park there are always instructors and rescuers. All inventory is available on site and is freely available for rent.
Children are given a unique opportunity to acquire driving skills in a safe and enclosed children's motorway. Each child is provided with a single child car. Young guests of the park Ramkalni with great pleasure ride in huge balls and jump on "Jolly Erasers". Great demand is enjoyed by the "Flying chair" and the climbing wall. On weekends, competitions are constantly organized here, march-throws, competitions and relay races.
Ramkalni Park has a bistro and a tavern restaurant. They serve predominantly Latvian cuisine. The staff is friendly and eager to please their guests. The cuisine of the park is amazing not only with its aromas of vanilla and cinnamon, but also with the unique taste of all sorts of muffins, rolls, cookies and cakes.
Several food production facilities operate in the park. Here create candied fruits, syrups and pastille, smoke a chicken and mold pelmeni. Ice-cream of local production has many fans. All the products of the Ramkalni Park can be purchased at a local store.
How to get there?
Ramkalni Park is only 38 km away from Riga , so the road from the capital will take no more than 50 minutes along Valmiera Highway. Parking and car park park located right on the side of the highway, so finding it will not be difficult.
