Sweet Bulgarian peppers rinse under running water and dry. Fry the fruits, we will be whole, therefore, as soon as there is not a drop of moisture left on their surface, we put the specimens in a frying pan with warm vegetable oil without the aroma of oil and fry on the fire just below the average before browning from both sides.

While the pepper is fried, prepare the ingredients of marinade and garlic. The teeth are cleaned and cut into thin plates or small cubes. At the bottom of the jar we lay out laurel sheets, some garlic and slices of hot pepper, salt salt, sugar and pour vinegar. Now we put hot fried peppers, tightly pressing them, but trying not to break the integrity, and sprinkle them with chopped garlic. Then fill the workpiece with boiling water under the string, close the jars tightly with lids and turn the bottom up under the blanket for a slow cooling down.

Initially, we clean the bulb, cut it into half rings or thin slices and spread it into the oil heated in the pan. Fry the vegetables a little, after which add fresh tomatoes. They must first be cleaned of skins and chopped small cubes. Fry tomatoes with onions until all moisture evaporates. At this stage, we add hot pepper to the pan, after rinsing the fruits and drying them. Pedicels can be removed at will, and can be left.

After the peppercorns become soft, add salt, ground coriander, peeled and finely chopped garlic teeth to the vessel and mix thoroughly. Immediately place the spicy roasted pepper on dry and clean jars, cover them with lids and put them on sterilization in boiling water. Fifteen minutes later, the cap is sealed and the workpiece is completely cooled. We store peppers in any convenient dark place.
