We all played small railroads in our childhood, sat down our dolls in toy houses and built miniature cities. Apparently, the creators of Switzerland in miniature so much it was like that they decided to continue their children's games, but on a larger scale. So in the small village of Melide near Lugano was created the park Switzerland in miniature (Swissminiatur). Here, the main attractions of Switzerland , recreated in the amount of 1:25, were collected.

In the park you will find many interesting things: the Cathedral in Geneva , the Lausanne Cathedral , the Bern Cathedral , the Old Version of Zurich Airport , the Chillon Castle and so on. In addition, in the park in Switzerland in miniature you will see the reproductions of residential houses, created in great detail, moving models of trains, ships and cable cars. There is also a motorway with cars and other vehicles moving along it. All this is shrouded in the shade of trees and bushes planted in the park.
