  1. Of all the existing, the most recognized is the first type - "charismatic leader" . A charismatic leader always listens to the opinion of the employee, but not the fact that he agrees with him.

  3. The third type of leader is a "humanist" . Such director perceives the native collective not as a working staff, but rather as a large and friendly family.
