For a long time, the question of introducing a uniform school uniform was under consideration by deputies of the State Duma and representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. All the pros and cons were considered . The result was the adoption of the law "On Education in the Russian Federation", which has been in force since September 1 of this year. The introduction of a unified school uniform 2013
In parts of the country's regions, the requirements for a uniform form of schoolchildren have already been introduced a few years earlier, but now, after the adoption of the law, all subjects of the Russian Federation are obliged to fulfill it.
At the time of adoption of the law on the introduction of the form, it was questionable whether to grant the right to design or select models to the educational institutions themselves or to approve several models for schoolchildren throughout the country. The final decision was to transfer these powers to schools. The latter, when choosing models, will be obliged to take into account uniform requirements for the school uniform from the Ministry of Education.
What does the uniform school uniform look like?
According to the provision on uniform school uniform, for students there should be developed three types of sets of clothes:
- front door;
- casual;
- sports.
Sets of uniforms will differ and by age of students. So, models will be developed for younger schoolchildren, middle and high school students.
All variants of uniform school uniform are sustained in a classical business style. The same requirements are imposed on belts and shoes. Accessories and footwear should not be decorated with fittings, capable of causing even minor injuries.
For the dress uniform, there is a white blouse for girls and a white shirt for boys. Also on the front door can contain additional decor elements.
The casual version of the form should be done in a business style, but it is allowed to use more muted and practical tones for shirts, blouses, etc.
The sports kit of the school uniform is intended only for visiting physical education classes, sports sections and circles.
Each school has the right to leave a mark on the form in the form of its own emblem. The emblem can be made as a badge, badge or tie. Any other inscriptions, especially those containing prohibited calls, for example, to drug use, are strictly prohibited.
Sets of the school uniform are recommended to be made from high-quality and natural cloth. All elements of school clothes should correspond to the climatic conditions of the region, as well as the temperature indexes of the premises of the educational institution.
During the development of models, representatives of schools should take into account the views of parents.
