The day before the blood donation it is recommended to limit the consumption of fatty and fried foods, alcohol, exclude physical activity. It is not recommended to give blood immediately after ultrasound, radiography or physiotherapy procedures. The analysis is studied in dynamics, and therefore it is necessary to take it two to three times, with an interval of at least three days.
