Adhesive process in the pelvis

In women, the adhesion process in the small pelvis is a rather serious problem, which even WHO is a separate category of diseases. The data of recent medical and sociological studies eloquently testify that the adhesion process of the pelvic organs is the reason for the infertility of four million Russian couples.

Reasons for the formation of adhesions

Spikes in the small pelvis most often occur against the background of inflammatory diseases of the genital internal organs. And these diseases can be of different kinds: gonorrhea, ZPPP, chlamydia, staphylococcus, streptococcus or E. coli. When the chronic form is started, it is very difficult to treat them. Even a complete cure can affect the menstrual cycle, miscarriage of the fetus, pathology (frozen pregnancy, stillbirth, abnormal fetal development) and even absolute infertility. If the treatment was started on time and correctly, then spikes may not form. However, the "underwater stone" of this gynecological disease is that inflammations do not always make themselves felt, flowing slowly into a chronic form. There is another reason. When the acute bothersome symptoms subsided, the woman stops treatment. The disease does not disappear anywhere, but "hides", provoking a chronic adhesion process. An important role is played by the state of the female immune system. If the body weakly resists diseases, the risk of chronicization is significantly increased. Today, every third woman who has undergone an inflammatory gynecological disease, finds signs of a soldering process. Thus, frequent gynecological diseases can be attributed to indirect signs of adhesive process, which requires immediate treatment.

Symptoms and Treatment

Symptoms of adhesions in the small pelvis are varied. A woman, in whose organism the adhesion process began to form, is concerned with abdominal pains, constipation, general weakness. Because of the adhesions between the intestinal loops, the process of digestion of food is difficult, and the deformation and bends of the fallopian tubes make the transplantation of a fertilized egg into the uterus impossible. Frequent inflammatory processes, which are the cause of adhesions, sometimes become their consequences, turning the disease into a vicious circle. Modern medicine treatment of the adhesive process of the small pelvis is carried out by two methods: conservative (complex) and surgical. The first method is based on the effect of anti-inflammatory drugs on adhesions and simultaneous reception of enzyme and immunomodulating agents for the prevention of adhesions that may occur in the future.

If the process of adhesive is expressed very strongly, then they resort to the intervention of surgeons. The operation is to dissect all adhesions, sometimes it is necessary to produce plastic pipes. The achievement of modern medicine is laparoscopy - effective and sufficient safe method. But not always the operation is effective in the inflammatory recurrent process. In addition, laparoscopy is not suitable for every patient.

Unfortunately, today there is no way to completely get rid of adhesions. The more adhesions are, the longer they are in the female body, the harder it is to treat. However, it is quite possible to save women from pain and other uncomfortable manifestations of this process. Not exhausted by pain, the body more effectively restores disrupted functions. Doctors are strongly recommended at the first signs of adhesive process in the pelvis without delay, without delaying the visit for tomorrow, to contact specialists.
