Usually, with the highest capacity of a medium-sized tuber, about 10-12 minutes are prepared, but if the potato is still solid within time, then prolong the cooking for a minute or two, after every 60 seconds checking the degree of readiness. If you cook several potatoes at once, then immediately increase the cooking time by 2/3, for example, if one tuber is cooked for 10 minutes, then several will take 17 minutes.

If you want to get potatoes with a crispy skin, then we hasten to disappoint you - in the microwave it will not work out, and that's why after the tuber reaches its readiness, it should be sent to the oven heated up to 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Before you can cook the baked potatoes in a microwave oven, wash and dry it, and then often cut through without cutting through to the very end. Slice generously and place in them slices of fat or bacon alternately with pieces of cheese. Such potato "accordion" can be stuffed with everything you want, and you can leave it empty, using notches for the distribution of herbs and spices.

Set the maximum capacity of the device and bake the potatoes for 8 minutes, after which we check the readiness and, if necessary, extend the baking process for another minute. Serve this potato with an abundance of greens and sour cream as a side dish to fresh salads.
