Be careful, however, if the child has a tendency to allergic reactions, corn and all products from it can cause severe rashes.

How to cook corn porridge for a child?

We give several variants of recipes for children's corn porridge, following the rule "from simple to complex."

Non-dairy corn porridge

Wash and peel the carrots, finely chop it and cook in water until soft. Add the corn grits and boil it until soft. In the end, add oil and stir.

Dairy corn porridge with bananas

Ingredients:

Add the corn flour to the boiling milk, cook, with constant stirring, for 5 minutes, then leave the mixture for 10 minutes for swelling. Peel off the peel from the banana, mash it in a mash and add to the boiled corn mixture.

Dairy corn porridge with strawberries and bananas

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Put the corn flour in cold milk, bring it to a boil, stirring constantly, and remove from heat.

Add honey, fill this mixture with two small molds and refrigerate them.

While the corn mixture is cooled, mix the strawberries and bananas until smooth. Spread it with a thin layer around the corn mixture.

This porridge is well combined with nuts.

Polenta with cheese and sour cream (corn porridge baked in the oven)

Bring one liter of water to a boil, add oil and salt. Slowly pour the corn grits and boil on low heat for 5-10 minutes, until swelling. In a heat-resistant form, pre-oiled, lay in layers, corn porridge, butter, cheese and again corn porridge.

Separately stir the egg with sour cream and pour this mixture on top of the dish.

Bake the porridge for 30 minutes at 200 ° C (mode: with blowing).
