The oven is lit and heated to 200 degrees. The form is smeared with oil and sprinkled with slightly semolina. We spread the prepared dough and send the sweet curd casserole to the middle shelf of the heated oven. Bake the food for 40 minutes, until the dish is covered with a beautiful ruddy crust.
