Ingredients:

- water or herbal decoction - 1.5 liters.
Preparation and use
Peroxide is poured into almost hot (so that you can only tolerate) water and immerse your legs there. In order for the water to cool more slowly, the pelvis can be toweled. The duration of the bath is from 10 (small roughness) to 25 (rough skin with cracks and burrs) minutes. After the bath, the keratinized skin should be carefully cleaned, and then grease the cracks with ointment to accelerate healing. Instead of ordinary water can be used decoctions of chamomile or calendula , which additionally have disinfecting and wound-healing properties.

Ingredients:

- salt - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- water 4 liters.

First, prepare the water-salt solution and keep the feet in it for 7-10 minutes, after which they add the peroxide and wait for the same amount. After such trays, the skin on the heels strongly softens, and you can easily remove the dead leaves. Due to the salt content, against a deep crack on the heels of such a bath with hydrogen peroxide is not used.
In addition, with deep painful cracks before applying the healing ointment, a gauze compress with hydrogen peroxide can be applied to them. Keep such a compress until you completely dry it.
